Le Saint Georges team will be happy to welcome you in an authentic and warm setting in the heart of the medieval city of Gruyères.
Bright and spacious, the Saint Georges ballroom can accommodate up to 100 guests for a meal and up to 180 people for cocktails. It also has a private sunny terrace with a view on the town's church and the « Château de Gruyères » or Gruyères Castle.
Chef Stéphane will prepare for you several menus, you can choose your favorite menu according to your desires and your budget.
We also can take care of the organization of the entertainment, the musical ambiance of theevening and will do our best to meet your expectations.
